Seriously, a man has taken a bite out of a panda bear’s back. The BBC News reports that a “drunken Chinese tourist says he bit a panda who attacked him after he jumped into a zoo enclosure to “hug” the bear.”
The man’s name is Zhang Xinyan he is 35 years old and you can see a picture of him at the The Sydney Morning Herald. Oh and the bears name is Gu Gu. The subtitle from the picture at BBC News is “Gu Gu the panda is said to have suffered no harm after the event.”
The newspaper said Mr Zhang had a “sudden urge” to touch Gu Gu with his hand, so he jumped over the waist-high railing into the enclosure.
“When he got closer and was undiscovered, he reached out to hug it,” the newspaper added.
